Personal Training Service Includes
Free consultation that includes the following:
Basic fitness testing, body composition analysis, cir-cumference measurements, blood pressure, flexibility testing, weight, basic upperbody and coretesting, sim-ple cardiac baseline test.

Help with goal setting:
After evaluating your fitness assessment, your trainer will help you develop goals that will help you reach your targets, and address your current weaknesses.

Customized workouts
A workout will be designed and tailored to meet each individual’s goals. When putting your workout together your trainer will take into account your current fitness level, your goals, and address any obstacles that maybe standing in your way.

Motivation
Knowing that you have had a program designed by a trained professional maybe all the motivation that you need. However, our expert staff is trained to handle any situation that may come up. They have several training and coaching strategies at their disposal, and they will find a way to get you fired up about fitness.

Group Training
We also offer group training. You can choose to workout with friends, family and/or coworkers. One of the best ways to stay on the fitness wagon is to include the people around you.

You can form your own group, or be placed into a pre-existing group. A little friendly competition can be a fun way to spice up a workout.
Working out in a group will help keep you motivated. Knowing that people are meeting you at the gym will give that extra push to get in the car and come in on the days you just want to stay home.

Group training is a fun way to meet new and exciting people.
All groups will be lead by one of our trainers. Each session will last one hour, and be set up to address the needs of the group. Please call for further information. Specialized groups can be formed based upon need.(i.e. weightloss, high intensity, beginners, etc)
