GROUP PARTY RATES
A group consists of 15 or more people. All groups must be scheduled before your visit. Groups are required to pay a $25.00 non -refundable deposit on that day.
All group rates include admission and skate rental.
Group rates are as follows
15-25 people….. $ 6.50 per person
26-50 people….. $ 5.50 per person
51/+ people… $ 4.50 per person
For Groups of 300 or more please contact us directly.
Extreme Ice Center has a full service snack bar ready to meet your needs. Food is not included in your group package; however we do offer group combos for an extra fee
Food Combos:
Pizza Combo…. $3.50 per person
(1 slice of pizza and one 16 oz. soft drink)
Hot Dog Combo…$3.50 per person
(1 hot dog and one 16 oz. soft drink)
Private Ice Group Party Rentals:
Private Rentals are available by reservation only and on a limited basis. All private rentals must be scheduled at least one month in advance. Please contact us @704-882-1830 or info@xicenter.com to book your reservation today.
Helpful Hints for your group party….
• Check-in at the front desk
• Arrive at least 30-minutes before your reservation time
• All group guests must wear wristbands during the duration of the party (provided by the XIC)
• Dress warmly (Coat, Hat, Gloves and Scarf)
Cancellation Policies:
• The Extreme Ice Center will refund deposits if we are required to cancel a group party due to an unforeseen event.
• Deposits will be transferred if the group party needs to be rescheduled.
• The Extreme Ice Center reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
