• Check-in at the front desk
• Arrive at least 30-minutes before your guests arrive
• Meet your hostess for the party
• Verify all party arrangements
• All party guests must wear wristbands during the duration of the party
• Dress warmly (Coat, Hat, Gloves and Scarf)
• All extras added to your party must be paid in full when ordered.
Cancellation Policies:
The Extreme Ice Center will refund deposits if we have to cancel the party due to an unforeseen event. Deposits will be transferred if the birthday party has to reschedule. The Extreme Ice Center reserves right to cancel a reservation at anytime.
